Status of Accreditation

The University of North Carolina at Asheville is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award baccalaureate degrees and the Masters of Liberal Arts degree.  The purpose for publishing the Commission on College's address and contact numbers is to enable interested constituents (1) to learn about the accreditation status of the University of North Carolina at Asheville, (2) to file a third-party comment at the time of our decennial review in 2012, or (3) to file a complaint for alleged non-compliance with a standard or requirement.
